CASSIA-FLAMINIA apartments
Totally indipendent 100 sq. mt house, two double
bedroom, two bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen,
corridors with wardrobes, plus one small single
room (normally used by the owner or if massages
are required). Possibility to add one or two
bunk beds.
House is fully furnished and fully equipped.
Both rooms have: air conditioned, heating, TV,
fridge, gas cooking machine, microwaves oven
and all kitchen facilities are also available.
To buy things at supermarket to prepare and
dine at home, as you normally do at your house,
will make you save further good money (restaurants
and bars are quite expensive in Rome) .
Bus stop to city centre is 600 mt away from
house; there are 2 buses: one goes straight
to the heart of city centre but it takes more
than 1 hour as it makes a long trip around;
the other goes to a main bus station where you
can get buses or tram for all destinations.
We suggest this second combination to go to
city center as you'll normally take about 30
minutes.
Taxi station is 10 minutes walking and next
to it you'll have much more buses to choose,
all going to main station mentioned above.
Bars, restaurnats, phone cards, supermarket,
newspaper, loundry and more just 650 mt from
house, pharmacy and other shops 1300 mt (10
min. walking - 1 min. driving).

NUOVO SALARIO apartments
Our apartments are at the ground floor with
independent entrance, surrounded by a splendid
joint ownership garden.
Apartments are composed from a double bedroom,
a bathroom, living/dining room with angle cooking.
The lodging is entirely supplied and equipped.
Both the apartments have: air conditioned, TV,
fridge, stoves with gas cooking machine, microwaves
oven and all kitchen facilities.
The linen is given in endowment together with
the leaders of the town. The transportation
is facilitated from the lines of Bus n. 92 with
stop to the station you finish (20 minutes),
the n. 93 arrives at square Bologna (M) (20
minutes) and from the New train Wage that means
arrives l' bus n. 92 that all arrives' aereoporto
of fiumucino Leonardo from Win (40 minutes).
